会员卡使用期限及条例

◆ Annual Subscription Fee年费
　Rmb200.00

◆ Validity Period有效期限
　One year一年

◆ Privileges特别待遇
1. 15% discount on Jackie’s Food & Beverage. 食物及酒水八五折优惠。
2. 30% discount for every bottle of hard liquor purchased. 整瓶烈酒七折优惠。
3. 10% discount on any merchandise items. 商品部九折优惠。

◆ Others其它事项
1. The Jackie’s member card is non-transferable, members must have their signature signed at the back of the card.
此会员卡不得随意转让，会员需在卡后签名。
2. Above is not applicable during special events, promotional items and concerts scheduled at Jackie’s.以上所有优惠在本餐厅特备节日、促销商品及音乐会时使用无效。
3. Value card can not be redeemed for cash or in relation to any other offer.
若储值卡不可折换现金或其它等价物品。
4. This card remains the property of Jackie’s.
此卡归烟台杰克西餐厅所有，本餐厅保留解释及收回权利。

◆ Annual Renewal Fee年度更新费
10% rebate on the annual subscription fee for every subsequent year up to a maximum of 50%.
年度更新费将根据使用时间按年度从九折最高至五折。

◆ Membership Status会员状况
If you do not renew your membership one month after its expiry, you will cease to be a card member.
如果您没有及时更新会员卡在它过期一个月之后，将失去会员资格。
